We have polished to perfection all mandatory team handling services from fulfilling all aspects like special menu parameters, transportation, to accommodation and security, but we are always open and flexible when it comes to our clients’ peculiarities and special requirements. • Make site inspections and double check all transportation, accommodation and training facility details.
• Make sure all vehicles are early and waiting for your arrival.
• Arrange all transfers for the team, VIPs, client executives, sponsors and media partners.
• Meet and greet you personally at the airport
• Make sure hotel key cards are ready in advance and give them to the Team Administrator

• Wait for transportation or accommodation because all arrangements are organized prior to your arrival for smooth check-in.
• Lose time at the hotel, because the massage and kit rooms are ready for team staff to start working immediately upon arrival.
• Worry about dining and special dietary needs that you’ve requested. Menu has been double checked and discussed with hotel chef
• Make changes in the team routine due to last minute changes, because you have a 24/7 assistance on-site to deal with timings, schedule and short notice requests.
• Bother with security issues, because all security services are coordinated 24/7 to ensure safe and controlled access to the team
